Here they are...raw vegan cinnamon rolls!!
I know they may look slightly dodgy, but trust me they tasted divine!
I placed about 50 bananas in the dehydrator over night then made a date paste to go on top, and dehydrated for a further 2 hours, check the ingredients below.
Soak 10 dates of your choice for about 2 hours (or enough time to soften)
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground carob powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Place all ingredients into a blender (including some water from the soaked dates), blend till soft and creamy.
Add a small hand full of sultanas and finish with some cinnamon sprinkles. Or if like me you have plenty bananas to get through, you can add banana nice-cream on the side for added amazingness!!
I'm actually making my second batch of 50 already as the first batch has finished :-).
Maybe raw vegan banana split will be next who knows..
