Goji berry also known as the "happy berry" has been used by the Tibetans for at least 1,700 years as food and medicine. Native to Asia it's now grown commercially in Ningxia China who produce over 33 million Kg per year. They measure at around 30,500 on the ORAC antioxidant scale higher than pomegranates and blueberries 👍🏽. In China they eat them in soups and add them to teas 🍵.
