“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” - Hippocrates

Having committed to a plant-based, predominately raw vegan diet by adopting the 80/10/10 ratio introduced by Dr. Douglas Graham, I can honestly say from my own personal experience that it is one of the most powerful things I have ever done. It has changed my life towards a more loving, compassionate lifestyle for both myself and other sentient beings that I share this planet with. Let us find the love within so we may share it with others.

“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching, Love like you’ll never be hurt, Sing like there’s nobody listening, And live like it’s heaven on earth.” - William W. Purkey

I want to be true to where I am on my journey. The strength to be transparent and find the courage to be nobody in order to be somebody. I want to feel that vulnerability so that I can find those deep, untouched places inside of me. This is a journey to self love, to the realisation of my true self, through all means necessary. Not this body, not these thoughts, not the feelings and pent-up emotions, which are all transient. Though they are 'real' they are not me, for they come and go just like clouds in the sky. I watch them appear and disappear, but underneath them all there's always this feeling of 'I am', which sees all movements in this 'time-space' reality. I want to remain as the 'I am', to feel connected to my higher self, the all knowing, ever present, fullest, abundant, free part of me who abides in truth and is truth. May we all find that sense of joy, peace and eternal blissful happiness...sat nam!!

“Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen.” - Leonardo da Vinci

I've personally found that sometimes words aren't the best way of describing how I feel or what I want to express. For this reason I've found that music fulfils this desire/longing and is a good way for me to communicate my feelings. Art is just another form of language which I utilise in order to express my deeper emotions. For me everything is art and touches me in many ways. It's all down to how you view it. I am not afraid of being an artist and saying what I truly believe in.

“We live in illusion and the appearance of things. There is a reality. We are that reality. When you understand this, you see that you are nothing, and being nothing, you are everything. That is all.” - Karma-Ran-Byun

I'm expanding with the times and I feel honoured and grateful to be living in this amazing time. I genuinely sense a connection to the whole of humanity, living in this magnificent universe from whose chains of enslavement I desperately want to break free. It is imperative that I find my truth and I am committed to reaching higher realms and connecting to our creator of which I believe we are all a part.
